Reports To: Academic Manager, Bharat Academy
Key Responsibilities:
- Training Development:
- Design and develop comprehensive training programs focused on JCI standards and accreditation processes.
- Create and update training materials, manuals, and resources that reflect current JCI requirements.
- Facilitation:
- Conduct training sessions, workshops, and seminars for healthcare professionals and organizations seeking JCI accreditation.
- Utilize various teaching methods to enhance participant engagement and learning.
- Assessment and Evaluation:
- Assess the training needs of organizations and customize programs accordingly.
- Evaluate the effectiveness of training programs through feedback, assessments, and performance metrics.
- Mentorship and Support:
- Provide ongoing support and guidance to healthcare organizations during the accreditation preparation process.
- Serve as a mentor to junior trainers and staff, fostering their professional development.
- Collaboration:
- Collaborate with JCI leadership and other departments to align training initiatives with organizational goals.
- Participate in cross-functional teams to enhance training strategies and outreach.
- Quality Improvement:
- Stay updated on the latest JCI standards and accreditation trends, integrating new information into training programs.
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of training content and delivery methods.
- Reporting:
- Maintain accurate records of training sessions, participant attendance, and feedback.
- Prepare reports on training outcomes and make recommendations for improvements.
Qualifications:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Healthcare Administration, Nursing, Public Health, or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
- Experience:
- Minimum of 5 years of experience in healthcare quality improvement, accreditation, or training.
- Familiarity with JCI standards and accreditation processes is highly desirable.
- Skills:
- Strong presentation and public speaking abilities.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using training software and technology.
- Certifications:
- JCI accreditation-related certifications are a plus (e.g., Certified Professional in Healthcare Quality).
